Egg-Sand Mixture Triops Beni Kabuto Ebi Albino
I am offering an egg-sand mixture of the Triops Cancriformis beni-kabuto ebi.
Although it is called Cancriformis Beni Kabuto Ebi Albino, it originates from Asia where it primarily inhabits rice paddies.
It lacks the pigment that normally colors its shell. Since a Triops has red blood, it appears red.
It is a delight for any aquarium.
Here is a short video of my breeding.
The Triops beni-kabuto ebi can grow to about 5 to 8 cm.
It reaches an age of 7 to 12 weeks.
The water temperature should be between 18 - 25°C.
Hatching takes approx. 2 to 8 days.
